Our plan was to have the Book, Drink Your Carbs: The Drinker’s Diet, ready for sale when we launched the website. Had that been the case, you would now be facing an all-too-familiar, high-pressure sales pitch. Instead, we offer something very old school: an ecommerce site with nothing to sell.

Rest assured that the reason the book is lagging behind is because we are creating something truly useful. It will contain recipes, menu ideas and all kinds of ideas and suggestions to make drinking your carbs even easier. Sign up for our no-more-than-twice-monthly email newsletter and we will keep you posted as to our publication date.

In the mean time, every thing you need to start on the Drink Your Carbs diet is here on the website. We will continue adding even more information and advice to both the website and our blog, DYC Live, as we work to complete the book.
